I wanted to let you know that my Roof was redone last Thursday ,Friday . I am extremely happy with the finished product as it looks like a totally new roof . I am even more impressed with Russell Studt from Ironbond Protective Roof Coatings . He was very professional
In his attitude and fastidious in his workmanship . He made sure both of my neighbours would not be effected by first the cleaning and then the spraying ensuring he cleaned up thoroughly around my home after he finished . What’s more impressive he achieved all
this working on his own . I would like pass on my thanks and appreciation firstly to Bluescope Steel for honouring their Warranty and for Russell for his outstanding professionalism and workmanship .

Hi Russell,
Hope you’re well?
It’s a good day today, we just had 9mm of rain, which the garden desperately needed and it made your roof look magnificent.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for a job well done.
You have done a very difficult job in a very professional and courteous way and I don’t think anyone else could have done the job you’ve completed anywhere near the professional standard that you insist doing.
The machinery that you had to move around the yard was done with the least amount of inconvenience to us and disturbance to the yard.
Your pleasant manner certainly helped in sorting out any issues that could have developed with anyone that wasn’t as easy to get along with as you.
I’d like to thank you for the painting of all the Finials and the straightening of the scrolling on the top of the roof, which was one of the things I was most worried about.
Also, I am grateful to you for spending that extra day (a Saturday) in going over the whole job with me and not leaving until I was 100% satisfied and taking out the marks on the roof that were created because of the hot days and also all the problems incurred because of the wind interrupting your spraying. I probably also have to mention the dust that didn’t help you at all, which you insisted on washing the roof down every day to clear it.
Of all the contractors that have worked on our place and there have been many over the years, I would have to put you right up on the top for your work ethic and diligence in starting virtually at 7am in the morning and not leaving until 4.30pm or later when necessary and I don’t recall seeing you stop for lunch or a cuppa.
You would be welcome to leave your trailer at our place anytime that you’re travelling through and wish to go visit friends.
Once again thank you for a job well down and all the best for the future.
